AI-Operations Platform Roll-Out
Deck I created for overview of AI platform roll-out for executive approval of direction, timing, and resources for selected AI-Hackathon project. Responsible for developing project value to business, target use cases, success metrics, and roll-out strategy.




"FastRing" Software Enablement
Newly aquired product opportunity and enablment overview deck I crafted and presented for executive-board go-to-market decision. Responsible for analyzing acquired product portfolio, ranking products on opportunity size and GTM effort needed. Collaborated with development, sales and marketing for sanity checks on projections of pricing, revenue, and enablement costs. Product presented was selected as priority #1 for go-to-market and alloted proper budget.

App Error Customer Experience Analysis
A deep dive analysis created by me to uncover yearly trends and customer sentiment when dealing with app issues related to technical error codes. Findings in report resulted in process updates and budget increase for CX tooling and reporting improvements.



AnalyticsHub Roadmap Update
Executive update for internal analytics platform I was tasked with creating. Collaborated with analytics and development teams to align content. I was responsible for clarifying product mission, MVP features, and roadmap milestones.
